Mosaic Dance Theater Company is always interested in interviewing/auditioning experienced dancers and theater artists who share the same commitment, dedication and work ethic. Interested dancers should have substantial training in Middle Eastern dance with a strong background in traditional dance forms as well, and be interested in working as part of an ensemble; be able to commit to ongoing rehearsals in NYC on Mondays (5-10 PM) and Wednesdays (8-10 PM); and be able to attend Samara’s advanced Middle Eastern dance class on Wednesdays from 6-8 PM.

An actor’s involvement with the Company is based upon specific project requirements, with rehearsals also on Mondays and Wednesdays, but ongoing only as required by the project's rehearsal schedule. Our ideal candidates should have classical acting and vocal training, and experience in storytelling and story-theater techniques, with strong movement skills (dance training a plus!).

MDTC offers many volunteer opportunities to get involved: from PR and marketing, to fundraising and development; from production, costumes, and backstage crews to Board governance.
